Level Two training is for intermediate dreamers who have the mastered the ability of dream recall and dream retention upon entering the waking state. The session begins with reassessment of dream content and current proficiency within dreaming. From this assessment a customized training approach is developed with clear and easy to follow instructions. This endeavor will provide what is needed to gain greater control within dreams to increase and expand the level of lucidity within the dreams.
