Prepping for 2020-Exploring Possibility

It's hard to imagine that the new year is almost here! This may be an ideal time to take a moment and check-in with yourself. As an opportunity to review what has been completed. and to expand into the potential of what's possible next in the year ahead. Perhaps even to consider what's possible for this next decade. What is calling the soul?

The new year always presents optimism and new hope for a fresh start. The new year is a great time to perform an annual life review. A life review is when we sit in meditation and reflect on our lives up-to-the-present moment without judgement maintaining the viewpoint of a witness to the review. We gather the information from the meditation and may chose to make adjustments to remedy things. Then we may make resolutions to clear our path in the year ahead. Looking at the life review is also done within the annual birth chart readings. It is an insightful practice at the start of the year especially when considering families, relationships and community relationships.
